Hey I'm Danielle,
I believe in the profound connection between the mind - body - soul. Through the unique blend of Kundalini yoga, Restorative Yoga and Art Psychotherapy, I strive to create a welcoming space where you can explore the mind-body-soul connection and find your inner balance.​

I offer a unique approach to healing bringing together my many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Energy Healer and Kundalini and Restorative Yoga Teacher. What I've realised over the years is that therapy alone is not enough, it needs to incorporate not just your mental processing but also the physical, emotional and spiritual impact of your life experiences. That's why I created Divya Prema, to bring together Yoga and Therapy to help make meaningful changes to your wellbeing and your life.
