Hello.
"I help people facilitate their own inner transformation to improve their quality of life by using a combination of modern therapy techniques and ancient yogic knowledge"
I'm Danielle, the founder of Divya Prema which has been a life long dream of mine that has finally come into fruition.

I believe in the profound connection between the mind - body - soul. Through the unique blend of Kundalini yoga, Restorative Yoga and Art Psychotherapy, I strive to create a welcoming space where you can explore the mind-body-soul connection and find your inner balance.

I offer a unique approach to healing bringing together my many years of experience as an Art Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Energy Healer, Kundalini Yoga and Restorative Yoga Teacher. What I've realised over the years is that therapy alone is not enough, it needs to incorporate not just your mental processing but also the physical, emotional and spiritual impact of your life experiences. Your body is like an orchestra, every instrument in your being plays an essential part, if one is out of tune, the rest don't function as efficiently. When you fine tune each instrument, the orchestra plays a beautiful and harmonious symphony.

My approach allows you the space to tap into your inner world using integrative practices giving you an embodied experience of healing.

I work collaboratively with each client to help them explore their artwork, identify symbols, patterns, and themes that emerge. Through this process, clients gain insight into their emotions, conflicts, and unconscious processes. Art can serve as a mirror reflecting aspects of the self that may not be immediately apparent.
I encourage clients to reflect on their artwork and its significance in relation to their personal experiences and inner world. Through guided discussions with me, clients deepen their understanding of themselves and their emotional landscape.

I have over 15 years of experience working in the therapeutic realm both studying and practising Yoga and Art Psychotherapy. The idea for Divya Prema came from my own experience of feeling like talk therapy alone just isn't enough. In my own daily life I use many different tools to help support my well being and I thought to myself why aren't I bringing this all together into one form for the people I support, especially when I know how well it works for me personally. From that seed grew Divya Prema.
Divya Prema is an extension of my life's work so far.
